Martial arts ‘grandmaster’ and New Zealand national Robert ‘Sifu’ McInnes, who was detained on Thursday by the Pattaya police whilst in possession of a small arsenal of weapons, has now been officially arrested after he allegedly turned himself into police. He has now been formally charged with a variety of firearms offences, but has been given and posted bail pending further judicial proceedings.
